| Junior's (6+)The Junior syllabus is different to the adults, the emphasis is on safety. The structure of the class includes throwing, striking, grappling and sparing. as well as the self defence side, there is also a sporting element. The benefits of training are discipline, focus, confidence, self defence, fitness, mutual respect and of course "fun". The standards of the club are very high therefore any grade (belt) awarded to a student will be earned through their own effort and determination. for information and availability email barry@hakudakan.co.uk
